3 workouts per week | 9 weeks 

Goal: to loose up to 5kg weight!

Start: Tuesday, 2nd Mai,  2017 (the participants start together)

End: Thursday, 29th June, 2017

Training (suitable for any fitness level!) 

The training lasts 45min. and you will burn up to 600 calories. 

Workout/schedule

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6.45 - 7.30 am.  

Outdoors/in bad weather indoors.

Parking, Showers / changing facilities available!
