Our bootcamps have nothing to do with „drill-training“. The strong group spirit as well as the motivating coaches push you to peak performance. You will achieve more than you ever expected from yourself. Out of one laborious push-up, in a short time you can do 10, 20 or more.

How is the Bootcamp built up?
Our bootcamps are composed of interval, strength, and endurance exercises.  Each week a new training combination. Therefore you won’t get bored and your body will have new challenges. The main focus is on workouts using your own body weight.  

Am I fit enough?
The training is suitable for every fitness level. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, you’ll be amazed how you fell after just a few bootcamps! Every is welcome.

Can I lose weight or build muscle at Bootcamp?
Yes! You burn up to 600 calories during a 50 minute Bootcamp. Weight reduction and muscle definition are certain benefits. Tell us about your goals during your trial workout and we will design the workouts  to meet your individual needs.

When the weather is nice we will certainly go out  to the fresh air. Showers and changing rooms are at your disposal.  Parking is available.

ANA is able to motivate every participant to peak performance with her dynamic nature. Her infectious power brings everyone to give their most.  She demonstrates all exercises with ease during the training.  After just a few bootcamps, you will also be able to master them - promised!

YANNICK is in his third year of physiotherapy studies. He heeds the correct execution of the exercises. The prevention of injuries, as well as overall safety, are our top priorities.  As a former professional sportsman, Yannick knows how to build a workout in order to achieve the desired success.
